  • Nice tips here. I like this information. I have high blood pressure problem since from 1 year and it is in its primary level. So I take care of myself as I am so careful about my health. I take healthy diet daily and there is very less cholesterol in my diet. I spend my 2 hours in a day for exercise. As natural remedies I take green tea only.
