Therefore, the traffic is “targeted” and you can guess that “70,000 visitors” is very achievable that way. But what is the quality of these visitors? Virtually nothing. We did one of these paid traffic programs before and out of the 10,000 visitors we had (before canceling), only 4 of them stayed on our website for longer than 6 seconds. And out of the four that stayed, we received two nasty emails accusing us of putting spyware on their computer. There may be other; better methods of paid traffic out there, but just beware!

Email Marketing

If you have your own website, then you must have an opt-in program. There are no excuses for lost sales if you do not have one. What if your site is number 3? or 4? Write down all the things you’d say and include answers to all the questions they would ask, and then go ahead and turn that into an email sequence.

Now because you aren’t there with them you’re not going to be able to get feedback from them and answer all of their questions on the spot, so you are going to have to imagine the questions they would ask you, and you have to answer them all in our email sequence. So, write out that conversation, and write a series of autoresponder messages that build a relationship with your prospect, just like you would do in person.

Step 3 – Now the key to successful email marketing is to do it RIGHT NOW. If you wait past today, if you don’t sign up right now for your autoresponder account and you don’t go and write out your messages and sequence those autoresponders and start getting some sort of results right now, then chances are you’re never going to do it.

If you follow the steps in building a properly constructed website, you WILL attract people to your website. But you want to have this system ready BEFORE your visitors arrive. Every person who joins your email list is like money in the bank. Every day you wait, it’s costing you money.
