The technology that brought auto attendants to life is probably one of the most significant developments in business today. When you have a large volume of daily calls made to your toll free number, it is a breather not having to answer each of them yourself. While hiring someone else to do that is possible, you don’t want additional cost if there’s a technology you could use right off the bat.
